LAS VEGAS, Oct. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As U.S. buyers work to build more resilient and diversified supply chains, more than 200 Taiwanese suppliers will bring their capabilities to AAPEX 2026, November 3–5 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. As part of Taiwan’s broader presence at AAPEX, and under the TEAM TAIWAN brand, the Taiwan Flagship Showcase will give distributors, retailers, and industry partners direct access to Taiwanese manufacturers across six categories: auto parts, accessories, body parts, electrical and electronics, lighting, tools, and equipment.
Presented by Taiwan International Trade Administration (TITA), Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Taiwan Flagship Showcase features the strength of Taiwanese industrial supply chains to global buyers. Located at Booth V19622, this showcase brings Taiwan’s precision engineering and automotive electronics capabilities into focus through an Industry Scenario Zone, Digital Kiosk Zone, and onstage presentations.
The U.S. aftermarket is expected to reach $599.7 billion in 2026, according to the AAPEX 2026 media guide, and Taiwan is an established partner in it. The United States is Taiwan's largest market, accounting for roughly 50% of shipments in 2025, mainly headlight, body, and collision parts. Taiwan holds up to 85% of the global collision parts market, according to the Industrial Economics and Knowledge Center (IEK).
Many Taiwanese suppliers also hold the certifications highly valued by the U.S. automotive aftermarket, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 for quality management, and CAPA certification, which U.S. insurers recognize for collision repair parts.
What buyers will see
Taiwan Flagship Showcase spans both sides of the aftermarket: technology and maintenance.
On the technology side, buyers can explore 360-degree cameras and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for vehicle visibility and safety, along with sensors and automotive electronics. Industrial video scopes and imaging devices support inspection and diagnostics.
On the maintenance side, products such as suspension and steering components, brake linings, and professional lubrication equipment are essential for aftermarket business. Lighting and styling accessories round out the range, giving distributors and repair shops the opportunity to explore products across multiple aftermarket categories.
The showcase launches on November 3 with an Opening Ceremony. Offering a relaxing evening of Taiwanese hospitality, Taiwan Night gives suppliers, buyers, and industry stakeholders a chance to build relationships beyond the show floor.
On November 4 and 5, customized procurement meetings will connect buyers with Taiwanese suppliers to explore sourcing opportunities. Throughout the exhibition, Pitch & Demo Shows will bring Taiwanese exhibitors and industry experts together to present products and technologies for automotive aftermarket applications, including electronics, lighting, body parts, repair tools, and equipment. “Trends to Watch” session on the final day of the show, an industry expert will be invited to share insights into the US aftermarket trends.
