Kinetico volunteer day supports a San Antonio retired police officer, with additional community projects planned across the country

NEWBURY TOWNSHIP, Ohio, Oct. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kinetico^® Incorporated, a global leader in innovative water treatment solutions, announced a partnership with Rebuilding Together, a national nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities through critical home repairs. The partnership launched with a day of volunteer service supporting a San Antonio resident, a retired police officer, and his wife, marking the first of several planned projects together.

The collaboration is part of the company's new corporate social responsibility initiative, "Kinetico Connections Community Impact." Through the partnership, Kinetico will combine volunteer service and water treatment solutions to support residents and families across the country.

During the San Antonio volunteer day, Kinetico employees helped with home improvements, landscaping, and painting. Also, as part of the project, and with thanks to Kinetico of San Antonio, the home's water needs were addressed with upgrades to the water infrastructure and treatment systems, including installation of a Kinetico softener and whole-home filtration system, as well as a Kinetico reverse osmosis unit for daily drinking water. These improvements give the homeowner reliable access to cleaner, higher-quality water throughout the home. To provide additional financial support, Kinetico surprised the couple with a donation to cover a full year of water bills.

"Corporate social responsibility isn't separate from our business. It is our mission expressed in the communities we serve," said Ana Garcia, chief executive officer, Kinetico. "Our partnership with Rebuilding Together brings that mission to life by helping provide quality water to those in need. Access to safe water is essential to good health, a safe home and economic well-being, and ultimately, a better quality of life."

"For the cost of building one new affordable home, we can repair 18, preventing families from losing their forever homes because they can't afford critical repairs to make them safe and healthy," said Maureen Carlson, president and chief executive officer, Rebuilding Together. "Thanks to the support of partners like Kinetico, we can safeguard existing affordable homes and strengthen communities across the country."

The San Antonio event marks the beginning of Kinetico's work with Rebuilding Together, with additional volunteer projects planned to support more residents and families.
