BC's Interior HVAC, electrical and building automation company marks four decades in business and is now the region's only Delta Controls dealer.

Kimco's relationship with Delta Controls dates back to 1987. Today, Kimco holds exclusive dealer status for Delta Controls in BC's Interior, the only company in the region offering Delta Controls' building automation technology. The partnership was demonstrated recently, as Kimco evaluated and rolled out Red5, Delta's newest building automation platform, across the region.

For more than 40 years, Kimco Controls has been helping keep buildings across BC's Interior running safely, efficiently and reliably. The company began in Kelowna in 1984 as a small local partnership, and has since grown into an integrated HVAC, electrical and building automation business with regional offices in Kelowna, Penticton and Cranbrook.
