Real-time testimony intelligence for claims and litigation teams, with support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and the court reporter's realtime feed.
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- InFactIQ today announced the release of InFactIQ Live, an AI second chair that supports claims and litigation teams before, during, and after every deposition and examination under oath. Before testimony begins, it draws on the platform's analysis of the full case file to surface contradictions, gaps, and lines of questioning worth pursuing. During the session, it works alongside the examining team in real time, flagging inconsistencies as testimony is being taken. Afterward, it measures what was said against the existing record so teams can quickly assess impact and plan next steps.
The conventional workflow for inconsistency detection begins after the deposition or EUO closes. Documents are reviewed, transcripts are analyzed, and contradictions are identified, often weeks later, when following up means reopening a closed record or scheduling additional examination. InFactIQ Live changes that timing. The examining team walks in already knowing where the record is weak, receives findings while the witness is still under oath, and leaves with a clear picture of how the new testimony fits the case.
"The window to act on a contradiction is when the witness is still in the room," said John Sanchez, CEO of InFactIQ. "Every week that passes between the deposition and the review is a week where your options narrow. InFactIQ Live closes that gap."
Before the session
Ahead of each deposition or examination under oath, the platform reviews the full case record and drafts a topic-organized examination outline grounded in what the file actually shows: prior statements, treatment timelines, billing gaps, and claim history. Claims and litigation teams enter the room knowing where inconsistencies already exist and where testimony is likely to diverge from the record.
During testimony
As testimony is taken, InFactIQ Live cross-references each answer against the case file and flags conflicts in real time. The examiner can follow up while the witness is still under oath, rather than waiting for post-session review to surface the issue.
For recorded sessions, the platform's Behavioral AI model adds a second layer of analysis, scoring testimony by topic against the witness's own baseline and cross-referencing those signals with the documentary record.
After the session
Once the session closes, the platform incorporates the new testimony into the case record, updating its analysis so that contradictions with prior statements, documents, and other witnesses are identified immediately rather than weeks later. Teams leave with a clear view of what the testimony changed and where to focus next.
Availability
InFactIQ Live is available to all InFactIQ customers and works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and the court reporter's realtime feed. It applies across depositions, examinations under oath, and recorded witness interviews.
