Hale Capital Completes Acquisition of Leading Real Estate Data Analytics and Valuation Technology Provider

(formerly Voxtur Analytics Corp., "APEX" or the "Company"), a leading provider of real estate data analytics, valuation technology, and appraisal and property tax solutions.
