In response to recent growth, it has hired Dinesh Moghariya, PhD, to streamline its processes and bolster quality assurance as its new Quality Assurance and Process Manager.

Dinesh Moghariya lives in Winnipeg with his wife, Manjula; his son and daughter-in-law have moved to the Pacific Coast. Dinesh is a proud promoter of community events in Winnipeg, events which he enjoys attending. After completing his PhD at NYU, Dinesh came to Winnipeg to work as a research scientist at the University of Manitoba, but was later drawn to the pest control industry.

Dinesh has a storied history of academic research revolving around climate change and food sovereignty. This research affords him a unique perspective on pest control and integrated pest management, granting him deeper insights into how climate change and pests affect Manitoba's ever evolving pest control needs.
