BURLINGTON, Mass., Nov. 4, 2026
BURLINGTON, Mass., Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Finvi, a leading provider of enterprise workflow automation software and payments solutions, announced today that it has sold its Artiva HCx business to VisiQuate, a healthcare revenue cycle technology company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Artiva HCx is Finvi's revenue cycle management platform serving healthcare organizations. Finvi's collections customers are unaffected by the transaction and for Finvi, the divestiture concentrates the company on third-party collections, the market it has served for nearly 50 years.
"Artiva HCx has found the right home," said Laura Granahan, Chief Executive Officer of Finvi. "VisiQuate's focus on healthcare revenue cycle technology makes them a natural partner for HCx customers and the team supporting them. For Finvi, this transaction represents an important step in sharpening our strategy around the collections market, where we have deep expertise, strong customer relationships and significant opportunity ahead. We are excited to concentrate our resources and investment on advancing our technology, embracing AI and other emerging capabilities, and helping our customers operate more efficiently and drive better outcomes."
"This transaction allows us to put the full weight of our focus and investment behind our ARM customers," said Mike Meyer, Vice President of Customer Relationships at Finvi. "By concentrating on the collections market, we can accelerate innovation and bring AI-first solutions to our customers, helping them work more efficiently and achieve better results, backed by the same dedicated team and partnership they have relied on for years."
"The Artiva HCx team has spent years building and executing the workflow that revenue cycle operations actually run on. That expertise is the foundation that AI advancement requires, and expands our capacity to build, automate, and innovate across everything we offer," said Derek Foster, Chief Strategy Officer of VisiQuate. "We plan to invest in both product suites and their integration, starting with agentic AI and automation that take repetitive work off revenue cycle teams, and VisiQuate reporting and intelligence that tells those agents what to work and why. Looking ahead, we see AI agents and people working side by side across the revenue cycle, each doing the work they do best."
HCx customers will be supported jointly by Finvi and VisiQuate during the transition. Finvi also remains fully committed to joint customers that use HCx alongside other Finvi solutions. Finvi will continue to serve, support, and invest in the products those customers rely on, and will work closely with VisiQuate so that customers with both HCx and other Finvi products experience a smooth transition and no disruption to their other Finvi solutions.
Additional detail is available in VisiQuate's announcement, issued today.
